Enrolling with Peak
To continue receiving care, enrolments from the previous provider do not transfer to Peak Sports & Learning.

Please enrol online to register with our service. 

Steps to Enrol:

• Visit the relevant Centre Page

• Click on "Register/Login"

• Select "Don't have an account yet? Register Now"

• Follow the prompts to complete your enrolment.

 

As we expect an influx of new enrolments, please allow 5 working days to finalise all the details of your enrolment. Please note, the booking calendar will not be available until toward the end of Term 4, so enrolment is simply to register your details in our system for when bookings become available.

Transition of Care
We understand that changes can be tricky, but we’re here to make the transition as smooth as possible. Once enrolled, you can easily add any surrounding services, to your profile if you need care during the Christmas holidays.
