Our Learning Framework: Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP)
At Peak Sports and Learning, we proudly acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live, learn, and play. We are committed to fostering a culture of respect, understanding, and genuine reconciliation.
Our Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) provides a meaningful framework that guides our efforts to contribute to the national reconciliation movement. It outlines practical actions we take to embed reconciliation in our daily practice, service culture, and children’s learning.
Through our RAP—developed in partnership with Narragunnawali: Reconciliation in Education—we work to increase knowledge and pride in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories, cultures, and contributions. This plan is implemented at each of our centres, supporting our educators, children, and families to learn together and walk respectfully on Country.
What Reconciliation Looks Like at Peak:
- Our children engage in meaningful experiences that build understanding, respect, and strong relationships
- Culturally diverse and inclusive practices are embedded in our daily programs
- Visual and environmental acknowledgements, such as Acknowledgement of Country, artworks, books, and resources, are displayed and celebrated across our services

A copy of our RAP is available at each centre on the Parent Information Table, and we welcome families to be part of our reconciliation journey. Whether through shared experiences, stories, or suggestions, your voice helps strengthen our commitment.
